A friend would never ask another friend to do something illegal. You will run afoul for sending something not permitted to be exported from the United States without proper license and I can't imagine his fate.Suffice to say, far worse. International packages are inspected and scanned, both during exit and entry. Customs will confiscate it and you will be looking for a lawyer. Tell your "friend" you are not going to break any laws for him or anyone else.
