Is the 2011 BBCOR Easton Surge legal for 2012?

i play high school baseball and i need to buy a new bat because of the BBCOR standards that are soon coming into effect. well i noticed that the new 2011 surge is bbcor certified but i also noticed that it is a 2 piece design. also with the bbcor standards, the rules on half and half bats ahve also changed. there can no longer be a "bump" and the whole bat must be a smooth surface. Does the 2011 surge have a smooth surface and meet this requirement?
