Is the 2 5/8 easton stealth speed (2011) legal for play in junior baseball leagues?

im about to but one of these if theyre legal but im not sure and i dont understand all of the answers ive heard i just need a straight answer yes or no. no other answers are wanted unless you give me MAJOR detail on why or why not.
